Not showing for your lesson without notice will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of the cancelled lesson. Clients with pre-paid lessons will forfeit 1 lesson from their pre-paid lesson quantity.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking will attract a cancellation fee for the full amount of the cancelled lesson. Clients with pre-paid lessons will forfeit 1 lesson from their pre-paid lesson quantity.
Pre-paid clients who forfeit 0.5 lessons may either choose to have the remaining portion of a lesson added to the end of any other remaining lessons, or pay a value of 50% of the single lesson price when attending their next booking (if no other lessons are available).
1 hour driving practice prior to the test and 1 to 1.5 hour Vort test, depending on the Vort test route.

However fees must appear in account prior to the start of the lesson. Some banks take up to 3 days to transfer funds, this may delay or postpone your lesson.
